Customization process
From design idea to delivered kits, the steps every club walks through with the Kyaus team.
Custom Kyaus kits are fully tailored: jerseys, shorts, training gear, accessories. The process below keeps everything clear from first idea to final shipment.

Design request
Email support@kyaus.com with the elements below and our team builds the first concept.
- Jersey model
- Design idea
- Font type
- Colours (preferably in CMYK, colours may vary on screen)
- Club and sponsor logos in vector format (.ai / .eps / .pdf)

Initial proposal
The first design proposal is delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Up to 3 free modifications are included before final approval.
- 03
Approval and conditions
By approving the design you confirm the final version. From that point:
- You are approving the final version of the design.
- Kyaus is not responsible for errors in logos, names or text after approval.
- It's the customer's responsibility to carefully review wording, logos and all details before final approval.
- If you spot an error before approval, communicate it by email so it can be corrected.
- After final approval and entry into production, any changes may incur additional costs and/or a new delivery date.
- Personalised items (name, number, logos) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of a manufacturing defect.
- Production begins after final approval and a 50% payment of the order value.
