These terms and conditions govern your use of the Kyaus website (kyaus.ch) and any purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Company Details
Kyaus is a Swiss sport brand. While its dedicated Swiss company is being established, all operations on kyaus.ch, including order management, fulfilment and invoicing, are handled by 2T2K, titulaire De Castro Faria, Rue de Vevey 11, 1630 Bulle, Fribourg, Switzerland (UID CHE-193.768.425). Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. All orders are subject to product availability.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Switzerland. Standard delivery is free for orders over CHF 80, otherwise CHF 7.90, and pickup in Bulle is free. We currently do not ship outside Switzerland; if you are based abroad, contact support@kyaus.com and we will check whether we can deliver to you. Delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on availability and any custom production. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Product Warranty
Our products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by incorrect use. To request a warranty replacement, contact us at support@kyaus.com with photos and proof of purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Kyaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Kyaus and is protected by Swiss and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
