Our Return Policy
At Kyaus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@kyaus.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us at support@kyaus.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
